Heading to Barton Beer Festival? Let’s keep the memories good ones.

Your local Neighbourhood Policing Team wants to make sure everyone gets home to their families safely. We all love a community event, but a single "it's just a short drive" decision can change lives forever.

It isn't just about the fine or the points. It’s about:

• Your Future: A criminal record, losing your job, and massive insurance hikes.

• Your community: The devastating impact on innocent families if a collision occurs.

• Your Life: Alcohol significantly slows your reaction time. You might think you're "fine," but the physics say otherwise.

To keep our roads safe. Barton NPT organised a Day of action for Saturday 30th May – our goal isn’t to ruin your fun, but to ensure the fun doesn’t end in a tragedy. 

On the day you will see a high police visibility – we will conduct speed checks and breathalyser test.

If you’re drinking, leave the keys at home. We would much rather see you in the queue for a kebab than in the back of a police car.
